Mt. Kilimanjaro

Experience Africa's crown jewel on this once in a lifetime adventure, with me, Dan Horton (@icosmictraveler), international adventure guide Maria Soderholm (@mvsoderholm) and local Tanzanian guide Livingstone, who brings over twenty years Kilimanjaro hiking experience and a wide array of knowledge about the mystery and history of the mountain.. and maybe a ghost story or two. On this uniquely designed journey we will climb to the peak of the world's tallest free standing mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro. Just 200 miles from the equator, the hike to Africa's tallest peak (19,340 ft, 5,895 m) will take you through five distinct climate zones offering vast landscapes, each unique with their own beauty and topography. The trail is one of varied pathways finally culminating in one of the most magnificent vistas on Earth. After our descent and some well earned time of reflection and celebration, we conclude our trip with a wild life safari, we're in Africa after all...
